Cube Transitions is a small pack of 3D transitions for Premiere Pro. It features 8 transitions: 2 versions in 4 directions. They work both with images and footage. The projects is very easy to use: just drag your image/footage and you're done! Despite it's 3D, the project works and renders pretty fast.
