These include the rule of thirds, symmetry, leading lines, leading room, depth, and size of subject. The final rule we cover conveys that these rules are also subjective depending on your situation. Following these rules of composition and framing will give you a particular result that generally feels great! However, there will be times when the goal of your production requires strategic breaking of these rules. The bottom line is that telling your story takes priority over making sure your framing is perfect.
