You can now select and highlight any text or important part of any picture/video/pdf with ease. Use the built-in On-Screen Controls to mask around there of interest to fade away the less important parts. Also add blur, zoom, and color to your selected area. You can also add speech marks to any text to quickly highlight quotes. Pop-Out Paragraphs would work fabulously in a news-related theme. Or travel or any project that needs text highlighted.
