Fast Polygon Transitions

This project includes 16 Polygon transitions: 8 Hexagon based and 8 Octagon based. They cut the frame in geometric polygonal shapes that rearrange during the length of the transition. These transitions will help you if you need something simplistic and dynamic at the same time.
