"Extreme Transitions Presets" is a amazing presets pack for Premiere Pro CC 2018 and above. These are very convenient and easy to use transitions. All you have to do is this:

1. Create TWO adjusment layers one above the other on the timeline.
2. Drag & drop the preset on the adjustment layer.

Do you want to change the transition duration? Change the duration of the adjustment layer before you drop the preset. Separately it is worth noting that you can use them again and again: just copy and paste.
