"RGB Shake Transitions Presets" is a powerful presets pack for Premiere Pro CC 2018 and above. These are very convenient and easy to use transitions. All you have to do is this:

1. Create TWO adjusment layers one above the other on the timeline.
2. Drag & drop the presets on the adjustment layers.

Change the duration of the transitions - simply shorten or lengthen adjustment layer before you drop the preset. You can use them again and again: just copy and paste.
